Got those pictures at Andrew Hayden Park during the evening walk. The park is beside the Ottawa River. The temperature today is still low and windy. Some baby geese got together to keep warm.

The Tulip Festival started on last Friday. So I went to the Dow’s lake on the weekend. There were so many people out there to enjoy the show. I got about one hour window to shoot so I only brought 35mm macro prime lens with me just for convenience.

When I arrived Bate Island, the sun almost reached the horizon. So I quickly gave some snapshots. All done by Pentax K200D with DA 50-135mm F2.8 lens.

I guess the best time for lighting practice is during the sunrise or sunset. Here is the homework for today.

Recently acquired Pentax DA 12-24mm F4 ultra-wide lens to fit my needs for landscape photography. After a few days waiting, finally got time to have a test shot. I am very happy with the image quality, resolution, colors and contrast.

Almost raining for the whole day. Finally it stopped at the evening. I went out with full loaded and see if any luck. Here is the outcome.
